CHALLENGE

To re-brand Jouta so that it showed it's value and stood apart from other HR solution companies.

SOLUTION

Lisa developed a brand strategy for Jouta by first sitting down with Jouta’s founder, Cori Maedel, and asking questions about the company, its goals, mission and future plans. She discovered that Jouta is incredibly intentional about their culture and everything they do flows from there.

Cori spoke of a desire for abundance for their clients, and for themselves. But more than that, superabundance. Be it about success, wealth, health, happiness or whatever superabundance meant to each individual.

With this in mind, the brand was created from research and exploration with symbols that represent superabundance, such as the pomegranate.

RESULTS

Eight years later, the brand was stronger and more successful than ever, and the company had quadrupled in size!
